Graphic Design Intern/Associate

Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina; flexible hybrid work model with remote work and flexible hours.

What you will do

• Create static visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media content for EMEA markets.
• Develop 2D animations for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Produce event materials such as booth graphics, banners, brochures, name tags, merchandise, and signage.
• Design presentations, ebooks, and other editorial formats while applying brand guidelines.
• Adapt templates, test formats, and evaluate creative performance to improve campaign results.
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects with close attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects, and/or Figma.
• Experience designing digital, social, print, event, and editorial materials.
• Understanding of social media formats and best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and other platforms.
• Knowledge of print production requirements, including bleeds, resolution, and vendor file preparation.
• Experience with 2D motion graphics and animation, brand guidelines, and template-based design.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting work and responding constructively to feedback.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of agency or in-house design experience.
• Familiarity with A/B testing or format performance evaluation.
• EMEA market awareness and multilingual skills.
