Manufacturing & Operations Training Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: hirify.global Thailand, Navanakorn – Pathum Thani; work takes place in office and manufacturing production environments, with flexibility to support multiple shifts.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the manufacturing training strategy, competency frameworks, certification programs, and employee development pathways.
• Design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate onboarding, technical skills, cross-training, and leadership training programs.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, HR, and production leaders to address capability gaps and support NPI, process changes, automation, and technology deployment.
• Manage EHS, quality systems, ISO, Responsible Business Alliance, and other compliance training, including audit-ready records and certification status.
• Manage learning management systems, training databases, competency tracking, dashboards, and training effectiveness reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing training team while driving continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in training, learning and development, workforce capability, or manufacturing training.
• 3–5 years of experience managing training teams or learning functions.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, technical training systems, competency management, adult learning, learning management systems, and training databases.
• Experience supporting ISO, RBA, EHS, quality compliance training, audits, and certification programs.
• Good command of English communication and availability to work across office and production environments, including multiple shifts when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, optical, automotive, or other high-tech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of change management, data analytics, stakeholder management, and training effectiveness measurement.
