Sr. Manager, Verification & Validation (ADAS Systems)

What you will do

• Define and deliver hardware-in-the-loop, simulation, modelling, and vehicle-based test programs for ADAS systems.
• Collaborate with system and subsystem managers to review feature, system, and software requirements for testability.
• Approve test cases, methods, and automated and manual test scripts.
• Complete design verification plans and feature sign-off activities.
• Record testing evidence and data to demonstrate robust feature validation.
• Plan the required skills and resources, including training, coaching, and recruitment.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of delivering technical products through a team.
• Experience managing engineering teams, budgets, and targets.
• Experience developing test plans and signing off against requirements.
• Relevant technical and professional accreditations.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
