What you will do
- Develop and execute the global workplace and facilities strategy supporting business growth, technology roadmaps, and operational excellence.
- Lead facilities operations, engineering, maintenance, and workplace services across manufacturing, R&D, and office locations.
- Ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective operation of cleanrooms, utilities, critical infrastructure, and mission-critical systems.
- Lead global capital planning, site expansions, facility upgrades, construction, renovations, and project delivery.
- Drive EHS, sustainability, energy management, business continuity, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Manage operating and capital budgets, strategic suppliers, outsourced service providers, and a global facilities organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, engineering, manufacturing operations, or related functions, including executive-level responsibility.
- Experience leading global, multi-site facilities organizations supporting advanced manufacturing and technology environments.
- Significant experience with photonics or semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, laboratories, and large-scale capital projects.
- Experience managing global engineering and operations organizations, large operating budgets, and multi-year capital investment programs.
- Expertise in facility infrastructure, cleanroom operations, capital projects, sustainability, EHS, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business continuity.
