What you will do

• Lead complex, strategic projects for SPICE model development.
• Design MOSFET characterization structures for compact model extraction.
• Develop compact models for FDSOI, FinFET, Bulk, MRAM, and RRAM technologies.
• Develop statistical models covering Monte Carlo, mismatch, and fixed-corner behavior.
• Deliver model-to-hardware correlation reports and perform K and Cpk analysis.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and coordinate with suppliers, consortia, and teams across sites.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 8 or more years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 12 or more years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics, particularly MOSFETs.
• Experience analyzing semiconductor devices using industry-standard models and evaluating measurement and test results.
• Ability to interpret test results, debug device and measurement issues, prepare technical reports, and communicate recommendations.
• Self-motivated approach with strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fully Depleted SOI and FinFET technologies.
• Experience with test structures, process development, measurements, and characterization.
• Knowledge of BSIM compact model families and model extraction tools such as MBP or ICCAP.
• Experience with high-frequency RF characterization and MOSFET modeling.
