What you will do

• Develop compact SPICE models for FDSOI, FinFET, Bulk, MRAM, and RRAM technologies.
• Design MOSFET characterization structures for compact model extraction and analyze semiconductor test results.
• Develop statistical models covering Monte Carlo, mismatch, and fixed-corner behavior.
• Deliver model-to-hardware correlation reports and perform K and CpK analysis.
• Lead complex, strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives across sites and with suppliers or consortia.
• Coach and mentor team members while providing technical leadership.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 12 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics, especially MOSFETs.
• Experience or knowledge of compact SPICE models and semiconductor device modeling.
• Ability to analyze test results, debug device and measurement issues, prepare technical reports, and collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated approach, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Support for Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fully Depleted SOI and FinFET technologies.
• Experience with test structures, process development, measurements, and device characterization.
• Knowledge of BSIM model families and model extraction tools such as MBP or ICCAP.
• Experience with high-frequency RF characterization and MOSFET modeling.
• Degree specialization in Device Engineering.
