Social Commerce Manager (TikTok)

Location: hirify.global HQ, Manchester, UK — fully office based

What you will do

• Create and execute TikTok and TikTok Shop market activation plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Own the TikTok content strategy, content calendar, and product placement optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Trading, Marketing, and brand teams to deliver cohesive strategies.
• Use user-generated content and influencer collaborations to build the brand community.
• Optimize the TikTok Shop customer journey, conversion rates, and basket metrics.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media and ecommerce.
• At least 2 years of experience in a middle management role.
• 2+ years of experience running social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create engaging short-form video and image content for TikTok.
• Current knowledge of ecommerce, social commerce, and nutrition or wellbeing trends.
