Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive Engineering, Product, and Design initiatives end to end, including Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, roadmap tracking, dependency management, and risk reporting.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff and founding team to translate strategy into tracked execution and deliver cross-functional programs.
• Own the GRC and audit calendar, including SOC 2 audits, future ISO 27001 and GDPR work, control testing, evidence collection, auditor coordination, and remediation.
• Maintain policies, risk registers, and control narratives while mapping controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and emerging AI-governance frameworks.
• Lead security reviews, customer questionnaires, and trust documentation to support enterprise sales and partnerships.
• Build delivery and compliance operating cadences using tools such as Linear, Vanta, Drata, or Secureframe.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience within an engineering or product organization.
• Hands-on ownership of a compliance or audit program, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
• 2+ years driving cross-functional EPD programs end to end or building a compliance program from scratch.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and roadmap tracking in Linear or Jira.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, GDPR, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and continuous-compliance tooling.
• Experience partnering across Engineering, Product, and Design and operating with founding teams or a Chief of Staff.

Nice to have

• CSM, PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification.
