Strategy & Operations Consultant

What you will do

• Diagnose, redesign, and implement improvements to broken or inefficient internal processes.
• Work with gaming, publishing, app, growth, and central-function leaders to improve KPIs, organization, tooling, and ways of working.
• Lead tactical 4–12 week projects, including market analyses, cost reviews, post-mortems, integration work, and tooling rollouts.
• Own ambiguous cross-team operational issues through to resolution.
• Manage multiple workstreams autonomously and implement solutions hands-on.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top strategy consulting, M&A or transaction services, or a high-performing business operations or strategy team at a scale-up.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple workstreams, and implement solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with leaders without formal authority.
• Top academic background in business or engineering; fluent English required.
