Chief of Staff (Strategy & Operations)

What you will do

• Run strategic projects directly with the CEO, including M&A, market expansion, and organizational design.
• Incubate new ventures by assessing opportunities, building business cases, and assembling founding teams.
• Manage company operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, business reviews, and OKR cycles.
• Lead and coach the Special Project Managers team to solve pressing operational problems.
• Act as the CEO's proxy in meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (MBB) or M&A/PE with operating experience in hypergrowth tech.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects at the C-level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building ventures or business lines from scratch.
• Strong analytical and financial fluency, including P&L and unit economics management.
• Fluent English required (French is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office.
