Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving adoption, value realization, and renewals for enterprise customers using BetterUp’s platform with an accent on strategic consulting, account health, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on managing concurrent program workstreams, mitigating customer risks, and communicating outcomes with VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
Location: London, UK — hybrid, with at least two days per week or eight days per month in the office; minimum 20% client onsite travel required.

What you will do
- Build relationships with customer sponsors, executive stakeholders, and day-to-day partners while expanding advocacy and engagement.
- Advise enterprise customers on platform adoption, business value, customizations, ROI, and desired outcomes.
- Monitor account health, identify early risk signals, and lead remediation and escalation strategies.
- Manage concurrent workstreams, timelines, milestones, risks, decisions, and stakeholder groups with program-management discipline.
- Coordinate cross-functional Account Management, Solutions Design, Delivery, and internal product teams to execute commitments on time.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to operating-level, VP, and C-suite stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software and/or service delivery experience, including execution or leadership.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments across operational and technical delivery.
- Strong communication, consulting, relationship-building, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong program and project management capabilities; Scrum or Agile experience is a plus.
- Experience advising and influencing executive-level clients at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Ability to work from the London office at least two days per week or eight days per month, plus willingness to travel onsite to clients at least 20% of the time.
