Playable Ads Developer (Unity)

Location: Remote for candidates based abroad; hybrid for candidates based in France. Relocation to Paris is subject to discussion.

What you will do

• Transform existing mobile games into interactive HTML playable ad experiences.
• Optimize playable ads for user experience, scalability, and adaptability across ad networks.
• Integrate analytics solutions to measure interactions and improve ad performance.
• Build interactive playable templates that graphic designers can customize.
• Collaborate on tools, testing, and process improvements for interactive ad formats.
• Benchmark competitors and experiment with new ideas across hypercasual, casual, and consumer app products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience creating playable ads or developing Unity projects optimized for playable use.
• Experience with Unity, Luna, Cocos Creator, or a relevant platform.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and web game development.
• Deep familiarity with the mobile gaming market, especially hypercasual and casual games.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with third-party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games.
• Knowledge of game design and a creative approach to problem-solving.
