TL;DR
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (AI Platform) (Kubernetes/IaC): Building foundational platforms for company-wide AI adoption and hyper-automation with an accent on architecture, scalability, observability, security, and cost management. Focus on designing systems from scratch, establishing guardrails, protecting autonomous automation development, and solving high-scale distributed-systems challenges.
Location: Remote-first, anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do
- Design and build the foundational platform for company-wide AI adoption and hyper-automation.
- Create software and systems architectures from scratch for early-stage platform initiatives.
- Establish guardrails, protection mechanisms, observability practices, and scalable self-service capabilities.
- Manage platform costs and support secure, autonomous automation development across the company.
- Build and operate reliable systems for high-scale and performance-sensitive workloads.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as an SRE or Software Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, containers, Vault, and API Ingress.
- Deep knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including version control, testing, deployment automation, code review, and technical design documentation.
- Strong knowledge of modern CI/CD processes and experience building architectures from scratch.
- Experience with distributed systems, high-scale performance challenges, and database modeling and evolution.
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English; candidates must be based in Brazil.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with applied AI, including models, costs, tokens, and observability.
- Experience with no-code or low-code platforms such as Zapier, Base44, Botpress, or Botcity.
- Experience mentoring, technically leading, or influencing other SREs.
