Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will become an expert in digital real estate management. You will hold training and consulting sessions on using the software, identify optimization potentials, and support customers in the correct application of the software even after the onboarding phase. You will also be trained to answer technical questions in first and second-level support.
What you will do
- Become an expert in digital real estate management.
- Conduct training and consulting sessions on software.
- Identify optimization potentials and support customers post-onboarding.
- Become proficient in software to answer technical support questions.
- Promote new products and modules and pursue upselling strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in direct B2B support.
- Advantageous: Industry experience in SaaS, real estate, consulting, or IT.
- Excellent communication skills and self-confidence.
- Quick comprehension and learning ability.
- Interest in new digital solutions and SaaS models.
- Technical affinity and proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is ideal.
- Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
