Salary: $149,000–$204,600 base pay per year

What you will do
- Lead the execution of PLC development and implementation for industrial automation systems.
- Define technical work, validate requirements with internal and external stakeholders, and lead system design efforts.
- Develop, modify, and update PLC and HMI functionality for customer systems, remotely or on site.
- Plan and execute test strategies, generate test reports, and demonstrate compliance with requirements.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex automated systems with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coach less experienced employees, supervise technical resources, and lead process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience designing and implementing industrial control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and drives.
- Advanced experience programming Rockwell PLCs, including ControlLogix and GuardLogix.
- Experience with AC/DC drive control architecture, power systems, industrial networks, and automated systems engineering.
- Experience developing HMIs with Ignition 8 or FactoryTalk ME/SE and reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 40–45% to customer locations in the United States and Canada.

- Experience with JIRA and agile methodology.
- Knowledge of Rockwell and Inductive Automation products.
