Motion Designer

Location: Paris. Full remote for candidates based abroad; hybrid for candidates based in France. Relocation to Paris is subject to discussion.

What you will do

• Create mobile video ads designed to engage large audiences.
• Benchmark competitor creatives and experiment with new ideas for mobile gaming.
• Analyze how creative work performs and identify the reasons behind its marketing impact.
• Collaborate within a small creative squad with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Support different product scopes, including hypercasual, hybrid, and casual games.
• Contribute to transversal initiatives such as testing new tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in video editing and content creation.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects.
• Creative mindset and a hacker mindset.
• Understanding of how creative output drives marketing performance.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Deep familiarity with the mobile gaming market, especially hypercasual and casual games.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software and/or Unity.
