Senior Microsoft Sysadmin (Microsoft)

Location: Hybrid with on-site presence 4 days per week in Israel: 2 days in Jerusalem and 2 days in Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, or Petah Tikva; 1 day from home.

What you will do

• Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory synchronized with Entra ID.
• Manage the Office 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Teams.
• Implement and monitor authentication for applications and users, including SSO, enterprise applications, and conditional access rules.
• Manage users, groups, and computer objects; create and maintain Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server performance issues and support applications running on Windows.
• Implement security fixes and enhancements and provide second-level support for Microsoft environment operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating and supporting Active Directory and Entra ID in a large enterprise IT environment.
• Proven experience supporting Office 365.
• PowerShell scripting experience for Office 365 management and operations.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, and WAN for maintaining server functionality.
• Security-oriented approach to operating systems and applications.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• MCSE or MCITP certification.
