Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

is a fast-growing global robotics unicorn with a workforce of over 1,500 users across multiple sites.
What you will do
- Manage endpoint enrollment, configuration, and security using Microsoft Intune.
- Oversee the full device lifecycle, including provisioning, refurbishing, and secure data wiping.
- Support patch management and software packaging for Windows and mobile endpoints.
- Administer Entra ID, including user management, MFA, and license assignments.
- Maintain security policies such as Conditional Access, BitLocker, and Defender.
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (Ausbildung) or a degree in computer science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
- Proficiency in endpoint management via Intune.
- Solid understanding of Windows; experience with macOS/iOS/Android is a plus.
- Experience with PowerShell and interest in automation.
- Fluent English (B2 or higher) required.
