What you will do

• Use Unity to modify and iterate on 20+ game projects to create engaging advertising content.
• Design custom setups including animations, scenes, environments, and skins for video production.
• Record, edit, and upload gameplay videos for global ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing modified game builds for testing.
• Analyze ad performance and benchmark competitors to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements

• Excellent Unity skills are required for project modification.
• Basic 2D/3D graphics design and modeling skills (Photoshop, Blender).
• English: Good level of spoken and written proficiency.
• Russian: Good level of spoken and written proficiency.
• Creative and hacker mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Interest in casual games and mobile marketing.

Nice to have

• Deeper proficiency in 2D/3D graphics design and modeling.
