Head of Growth (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel

Mobile gaming and app publisher developing and scaling games and consumer applications for a global audience.

What you will do

• Build and own growth strategies for leading mobile games and new titles.
• Execute paid user acquisition and non-paid channels, including partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, app store optimization, and community building.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify high-performing growth channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate execution and maximize available resources.
• Analyze channel performance, guide growth decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of growth experience in fast-paced, analytical environments, preferably in gaming or high-growth technology.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading engineering or business school.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming, apps, and performance marketing.
• Autonomous, proactive approach with willingness to execute hands-on.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required.
