Head of Growth (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Build and own the growth strategy for leading mobile games and new titles.
• Execute paid user acquisition and non-paid channels, including partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify high-performing growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and maximize available resources.
• Analyze channel performance, guide prioritization, and uncover new growth opportunities through data.

Requirements

• 6+ years of growth experience in fast-paced, analytical environments such as gaming or high-growth technology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming, apps, and performance marketing.
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable with hands-on execution.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required; French is a strong plus.
