Solution Engineer Associate (German Speaker)

What you will do

• Understand customer businesses and help identify suitable hirify.global products and solutions.
• Assist with solution design, service integration plans, technical requirements, and security questionnaires.
• Conduct product demos and support proof-of-concept activities.
• Contribute to scoping, service quote estimations, and customer implementations.
• Configure solutions, prepare technical documentation, deliver customer training, and share knowledge internally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• At least one year of experience in a technical, customer-facing, support, consulting, or solution-oriented role.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS solutions, or cloud technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English and German, spoken and written, are required.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn about products, technologies, and market trends.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer-facing technical activities such as demos, implementations, onboarding, or technical support.
• Familiarity with communication platforms, CPaaS, or customer engagement solutions.
• Interest in CX consultancy, solution design, product expertise, or applying AI to learning, productivity, or customer solutions.
