TL;DR

What you will do
- Understand customer businesses and help identify suitable products and solutions.
- Assist with solution design, service integration plans, technical requirements, and security questionnaires.
- Conduct product demos and support proof-of-concept activities.
- Contribute to scoping, service quote estimations, and customer implementations.
- Configure solutions, prepare technical documentation, deliver customer training, and share knowledge internally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- At least one year of experience in a technical, customer-facing, support, consulting, or solution-oriented role.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS solutions, or cloud technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and documentation skills.
- Fluent English and German, spoken and written, are required.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn about products, technologies, and market trends.
Nice to have
- Experience with customer-facing technical activities such as demos, implementations, onboarding, or technical support.
- Familiarity with communication platforms, CPaaS, or customer engagement solutions.
- Interest in CX consultancy, solution design, product expertise, or applying AI to learning, productivity, or customer solutions.
