TL;DR
Data Integration Manager (Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing): Developing and coordinating ERP and non-ERP system integrations, master data flows, and interfaces for a regulated TRISO coated-particle fuel manufacturing facility with an accent on traceability, data quality, and production continuity. Focus on designing integration patterns, documenting system-of-record ownership, reconciling master data, and sustaining compliance with NRC, DOE, ITAR, and NQA-1 requirements.
Location: Oak Ridge, TN; 5 days a week onsite
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday
Salary: $135,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop, coordinate, and execute ERP and non-ERP system-to-system integrations for nuclear fuel manufacturing operations.
- Maintain documentation of integration architectures, system interfaces, master data flows, and synchronization mechanisms.
- Design integration patterns, error handling, reconciliation standards, and data flows supporting traceability, quality assurance, and production continuity.
- Analyze master data ownership and define systems of record, authoring systems, and consuming systems across data domains.
- Coordinate integration scope, design, and acceptance with ERP, MES, platform vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary integration interface between TRISO-X functional teams and corporate IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years managing enterprise integration or master data initiatives in manufacturing or highly regulated industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering ERP and non-ERP integrations and master data management programs.
- Experience with API-based integration, scheduled file transfer, and message-based data exchange.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, energy, or similarly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
