Front-end Developer

Location: Remote from anywhere in Brazil or worldwide

What you will do

• Write clean, maintainable code following best software development practices
• Create the best user experience for Globo's digital products collaborating closely with UX specialists
• Work as a committed team player aligned with team goals in geographically distributed teams
• Continuously grow and develop technically and professionally

Requirements

• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, best practices, and architecture patterns
• Experience developing scalable applications
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Redux, and vanilla JS
• Version control experience (GIT, SVN)
• Experience writing tests
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle
• Experience with agile methodologies

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of backend languages like Python, Golang, Java, Ruby, Elixir, Scala, Clojure, C/C++, C#
• Interest in full stack development
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform
