Project Manager (Solar Energy): Managing utility-scale solar projects and customer accounts from purchase order to commissioning with an accent on PV tracking systems, project finances, logistics, and customer support. Location: Onsite at the Madrid, Spain office; projects are managed across the EU region.

What you will do
- Manage customer accounts and groups of projects from purchase order through commissioning.
- Coordinate product delivery, procurement, supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, and customer communication.
- Manage project P&L, including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and cost control.
- Provide technical and field support for photovoltaic installations, quality control, and customer issues.
- Lead direct reports and coordinate cross-functional teams while tracking customer-care performance indicators.
- Represent customer needs in product development, sales, marketing, and internal product teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of project management experience in energy, construction, mining, or oil and gas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, are mandatory.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with supply chain procurement, logistics, customer support, and operations and maintenance issues.
- Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
