Creative Strategist

Location: Hybrid for candidates based in France; full remote for candidates based abroad. Relocation to Paris is subject to discussion.

What you will do

• Define and lead the creative vision and strategy for games and apps in collaboration with Creative Leads.
• Create insight-driven creative briefs based on benchmarking, market intelligence, and strategic ideation.
• Set weekly production guidelines, priorities, and execution standards.
• Research high-performing creative trends and deconstruct competitor ads across mobile games and apps.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Producers, and the Data Team to scale creative learnings and improve reporting.
• Audit creative workflows, propose improvements, and help identify skill gaps and recruit creative talent.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, strategy consulting, product marketing, or creative marketing.
• Ability to develop, articulate, and document compelling creative strategies.
• Strong strategic planning, market analysis, insight generation, and creative ideation skills.
• Confidence using analytics and benchmarking tools to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating briefs and actionable recommendations.
• Track record of leading high-impact cross-functional projects and challenging the status quo constructively.
