TL;DR
Product Engineer (Python/TypeScript): Building and shipping scalable healthcare web applications for clinicians across Europe with an accent on end-to-end product ownership, intuitive workflows, and reliable user experiences. Focus on designing fullstack features, integrating cloud infrastructure, and exploring LLM, streaming audio, and transcription capabilities.
Location: On-site at the HQ in Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do
- Own product development end to end, from understanding user pain points and defining requirements to shipping and refining features.
- Set priorities, translate ideas into technical specifications, and shape the product vision.
- Collaborate directly with designers, clinicians, users, and engineers to deliver impactful features.
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Improve user experience through stakeholder and end-user feedback.
- Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, documentation, and modern development tools.
Requirements
- Strong product mindset and experience defining, building, and shipping impactful features end to end.
- Production experience with Python, plus strong programming skills in TypeScript and React.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, scalability, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work primarily from the Stockholm office; a background check is required before hiring.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or health-related applications.
- Experience building Large Language Model applications.
- Experience with streaming audio and transcription.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Azure.

Hiring process
- Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
- Technical interviews with the Engineering team.
- Office-based system design interview in Stockholm, followed by an interview with the CTO and Co-Founder.
