Pricing Analyst (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Gardena, California, United States

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain proposal pricing models, rough-order-of-magnitude estimates, and cost-volume inputs.
• Develop pricing for hardware, non-recurring engineering, integration, sustainment, spares, training, and delivery.
• Coordinate pricing inputs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, business development, and contracts.
• Track assumptions, confidence levels, cost drivers, margins, cash timing, and risks.
• Prepare pricing narratives, basis-of-estimate support, and internal pricing reviews.
• Maintain version control and ensure current pricing data is clearly communicated.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in defense pricing, FP&A, program finance, cost estimating, or proposal pricing.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Comfort working with incomplete assumptions and moving quickly.
• Experience supporting pricing for defense hardware programs and contract structures is relevant to the role.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, OTA/CSO pricing, cost volumes, and basis-of-estimate documentation is preferred.
