AI Product Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software that automates complex manual workflows and optimization problems.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders, engineers, and subject-matter experts to define product specifications and build solutions from zero.
• Develop robust front-end interfaces and scalable back-end systems using modern web frameworks, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Build scalable data pipelines, integrate industrial sensor networks, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Monitor, maintain, and tune production applications to deliver measurable value at scale.
• Participate in code reviews, share engineering knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and contribute across software development, product management, and customer-facing work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience and willingness to work directly with customers.
• Experience with both front-end and back-end technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database management systems.
• Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills, with the ability to own problems end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
