Salary: $170,000–$220,000 per year, with flexibility between salary and equity-based compensation.

What you will do
- Develop advanced spacecraft electronic platforms from architecture through manufacturing.
- Design and validate digital and mixed-signal electronics for radar payloads and satellite platforms.
- Create requirements, perform system trades, select components, capture schematics, and design complex electronic assemblies.
- Lead prototyping, hardware bring-up, debugging, manufacturing, and test campaigns.
- Iterate on designs using laboratory, environmental, and on-orbit test results.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, risk-reduction planning, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 7–14 years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing, bringing up, and testing electronics across the hardware life cycle.
- Experience with high-speed board design, PCB layout constraints, signal and power integrity, EMC, EMI mitigation, and thermal or electromagnetic simulation.
- Experience with compute platforms, storage, high-speed interfaces, RF components, power regulation, telemetry, or satellite avionics.
- Proficiency with schematic capture and CAD tools; Altium Designer is preferred, with Allegro or OrCAD experience also relevant.
- Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain required authorizations.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in consumer electronics, power electronics, communications, automotive, aerospace, or robotics.
- Experience with LTspice, ADS, Microwave Office, MATLAB, Python, oscilloscopes, or network analyzers.
