Salary: Minimum base salary of $150,000 annually if located in New York, with potential discretionary bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Research and implement trading strategies within the automated trading framework.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical methods to identify trading opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of market structures across exchanges and asset classes.
• Verify that required data and related processes are ready before the market opens.
• Monitor strategy behavior and performance during market hours.

Requirements

• Quantitative degree or background in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, financial engineering, operations research, computer science, or physics.
• Programming proficiency in at least one major programming or scripting language, such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
