What you will do
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on business development, pricing, negotiations, and procurement initiatives.
- Lead supplier and customer negotiations and manage pricing models, contracts, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop sourcing and procurement strategies for mechanical and electronic components.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams on cost targets, production timelines, customer requirements, and NPI ramp-up.
- Identify and qualify suppliers, conduct market and cost analysis, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Report project status, cost breakdowns, risks, and procurement challenges to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, business development, or procurement within hardware manufacturing.
- Experience with supplier negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management.
- Knowledge of sourcing, supply chain optimization, cost analysis, NPI processes, and manufacturing operations.
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Mandarin bilingual proficiency required.
