Senior Software Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: Veszprém, Hungary (in-person), or Hungary (hybrid/remote). Applicants must already be authorized to work in Hungary; immigration visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design and implement authentication flows for AI agents and non-human identities.
• Build secure, scalable token issuance and validation mechanisms.
• Extend OAuth2 and OIDC concepts to agent-to-agent and agent-to-API communication.
• Design fine-grained authorization and policy enforcement systems.
• Create high-performance server-side components and expose secure APIs and SDKs in collaboration with frontend and platform teams.
• Improve system scalability, reliability, performance, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience for medior level or 5+ years for senior level.
• Strong understanding of Java; knowledge of Golang is optional.
• Experience with data processing and analytics platforms such as ElasticStack.
• Knowledge of inter-server authentication and authorization technologies.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with frontend UI frameworks such as Angular or Vue.
