Product Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: In person in New York, at the SoHo office

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for provider-facing products and capabilities.
• Lead product launches end to end, including customer education, internal enablement, rollout strategy, and post-launch adoption.
• Manage product communications such as feature newsletters, release announcements, webinars, in-product messaging, and educational campaigns.
• Create communications demonstrating how the platform reduces work, improves medication access, and supports better patient outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to identify adoption barriers and increase usage of underused capabilities.
• Measure product awareness, adoption, and engagement using product data, segmentation, experimentation, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product management, or a related field.
• Experience positioning and launching products while continuing to drive adoption and value realization.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for explaining complex products and workflows.
• Strong customer instincts and an ability to understand how different users and organizations realize value.
• Analytical judgment and comfort using product data, segmentation, experimentation, and customer feedback.
• Ability to move quickly, find shortcuts, and deliver ambitious goals.
