Senior Data Product Manager (AI): Leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of an analytics and insights platform for healthcare AI agents with an accent on customer-facing reporting, insight generation, and data infrastructure. Focus on translating complex data into business impact, defining measurable success metrics, and aligning engineering, data, customers, and C-suite stakeholders around growth opportunities.
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; hybrid work from the TLV office

What you will do
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the analytics product.
- Own the end-to-end experience of customer-facing reports and the insight engine.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to evolve the data infrastructure supporting reporting and insight generation.
- Translate customer, business, and market insights into product direction and high-impact initiatives.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and use data to communicate business impact.
- Present to and influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders on business strategy and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a strong background in analytics, reporting, or data products.
- Experience leading product initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of growth, strategy, and business metrics.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, configurability, and multi-tenant environments.
- Strong understanding of data, APIs, technical systems, BI tools, data infrastructure, or analytics engines.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience with conversational AI, voice, or chat automation platforms.
