What you will do

• Own subscriber revenue growth and the metrics covering activation, engagement, net revenue retention, expansion revenue, lifetime value, and cohort performance.
• Analyze growth across cohorts, plans, and usage, identifying onboarding drop-off, churn drivers, and intervention opportunities.
• Define long-term go-to-market and revenue strategy across acquisition quality, activation, monetization, expansion, and retention.
• Partner with Product and Marketing on experiments involving lifecycle, pricing, packaging, upsell, and win-back initiatives.
• Identify and size new opportunities across customer segments, pricing, packaging, and expansion.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Data while reporting growth performance to leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience, ideally combining top-tier management consulting with growth experience or 5–8 years in high-paced growth roles.
• Ability to own and operate a function rather than manage only individual projects.
• Experience building growth models, sizing opportunities, and running structured experiments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions and with leadership.
