Quality Assistance Engineer (Mobile Games)

Location: On-site in Paris, France; relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile games and identify, document, and resolve critical defects.
• Own the QA process and help maintain game health and player experience.
• Help create processes and tools that improve overall game quality.
• Track technical KPIs for live games and propose continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with design, development, and central technology teams to refine game mechanics and product quality.
• Prioritize testing across development stages and align execution with project timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in mobile games, with ownership of successful project completion.
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies for mobile games.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently handle tasks from start to finish.
• Passion for mobile games and understanding of player expectations.
• Clear communication skills for explaining complex ideas to different stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of free-to-play games and game design principles.
• Release management experience.
