- Strong understanding of spacecraft and/or launch vehicle systems and proficiency with thermal network analysis.
- Experience with ANSYS Workbench and finite element analysis solvers such as ABAQUS, ANSYS, or Nastran.
- Knowledge of nonlinear analysis, welded-structure stress analysis, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and crack-growth analysis.
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements and be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or physics.
- Experience with primary-structure analysis and pre- and post-processing tools such as ABAQUS/CAE, ANSA/META, ANSYS, or FEMAP.
- Experience with nCode, NASGRO, or equivalent fatigue and crack-growth analysis tools.
- Scripting experience with Python, VBA, or MATLAB.
Culture & Benefits
