Product Specialist (Puzzle Games)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Design and create engaging, challenging levels for a mobile puzzle game.
• Develop and iterate on game mechanics and features that improve the core gameplay loop.
• Analyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to identify product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to bring level designs and features to life.
• Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize player experience.
• Balance difficulty curves, playtest content, and contribute to the product roadmap and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in game design, product specialization, or a similar mobile gaming role.
• Strong understanding of mobile puzzle and hybrid-casual games and the factors that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven design decisions.
• Strong communication skills for articulating design ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to rapidly test, learn, and improve designs based on feedback.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity or other game development tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience shipping successful mobile games.
