What you will do
- Design, build, and prototype AI agent workflows for supply chain and logistics use cases under senior guidance.
- Translate business requirements into functional components and contribute to proof-of-concept development.
- Apply LLMs, OCR, and data-processing techniques to document extraction and basic automation tasks.
- Integrate AI agents with logistics systems such as OTM/GTM, visibility platforms, and other operational tools.
- Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations, automation scripts, and logistics visibility tools.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, IT, operations, and business teams while documenting workflows and test results.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent experience; fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Basic programming skills in Python or a similar scripting language, including the ability to modify automation scripts.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including exposure to LLMs, OCR, or data-processing techniques.
- Familiarity with supply chain or logistics operations, such as transportation management, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to learn and work under senior guidance.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Oracle OTM/GTM, SAP, or similar ERP/TMS platforms.
- Experience with AI or automation tools, low-code workflow platforms, or API integration.
- Knowledge of logistics document formats such as CIPL, packing lists, shipping invoices, or customs documents.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain, n8n, or Make.
- Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL queries.
