Location: Gardena, California, United States. ITAR eligibility is required: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do
- Own flight test and manufacturing ground support equipment.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing test stations for PCBAs and avionics subassemblies.
- Lead the design of PCBA bed-of-nails fixtures, test racks, cable test infrastructure, and test automation software.
- Troubleshoot test station failures and non-conformances through multiple test stages, driving root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with software engineers on test software development, deployment, and provisioning.
- Prepare detailed test reports and support formal system verification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or a similar discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret PCBA schematics for hardware understanding and troubleshooting.
- Experience developing and documenting operating procedures and technical guides.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues and identifying root causes.
- Experience with DMMs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, analog and digital I/O, data acquisition systems, switch matrices, relay banks, and signal conditioning.
- Experience programming functional hardware tests, managing multiple Linux systems in a test environment, and using DVCS such as Git.

- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages and experience managing a test-environment codebase.
- Experience supporting high-volume, high-reliability production lines.
- Experience managing teams of test technicians operating test equipment.
