Senior Product Manager - Industry & Equipment

Location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia; hybrid working with remote flexibility. Relocation assistance is available for candidates considering a move to the Gold Coast. Full-time Australian working rights are required.

What you will do

• Lead product vision and strategy to deliver experiences that increase engagement, growth, and customer value.
• Improve buyer and seller experiences and commercial performance through optimization, experimentation, and ownership of targets.
• Identify emerging customer needs, design product solutions, and take opportunities from discovery to market.
• Run experiments and tests to improve key metrics and outcomes.
• Translate customer, product, and market insights into clear decisions and actions.
• Align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and build partnerships with vendors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experienced, hands-on product management professional with a record of turning ideas into launched products.
• Experience in product management, product design, or a commercially focused product role.
• Experience building products from the ground up, from concept through launch.
• Strong product toolkit with the ability to select appropriate tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and ability to drive change.
• Full-time Australian working rights and successful completion of a National Police Record check are required.
