Lead Engineer (C/C++)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the software engineering team, providing technical direction and ensuring effective execution.
• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for solutions developed by the Ukraine-based team.
• Collaborate with global engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver results and shape the product roadmap.
• Drive research and development initiatives, including rapid prototyping and validation of new capabilities.
• Partner with local leadership on strategic decisions and alignment between engineering efforts and business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial experience with C/C++.
• Engineering leadership experience as a tech lead or team lead.
• Experience in system design, including embedded systems, distributed systems, and hardware–software integration.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and experience with R&D-driven work.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
