Senior Product Manager (Industry & Equipment)

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia; hybrid working with remote flexibility. Successful candidates must have full-time Australian working rights.

What you will do

• Lead product vision and strategy for industry and equipment marketplace experiences.
• Improve buyer and seller journeys, channel performance, engagement, growth, and commercial outcomes.
• Identify emerging customer and market opportunities, design product solutions, and deliver them to market.
• Run experiments and tests to improve key metrics and validate ideas quickly.
• Translate customer, product, and market data into clear product decisions.
• Align cross-functional squads, vendors, partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.

Requirements

• Experienced, hands-on product management professional with a record of taking products from concept to launch.
• Experience in product management, product design, or a commercially focused product role.
• Strong product toolkit and ability to select appropriate tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders, and driving change.
• Curiosity, originality, comfort with ambiguity, and confidence solving complex problems with data.
• Full-time Australian working rights and successful completion of a National Police Record check are required.
