Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing full-cycle recruitment and building candidate pipelines across multiple business functions and Latam markets with an accent on sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, and candidate experience. Focus on developing customized hiring strategies, attracting active and passive candidates, and improving recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment.
Location: El Salvador; remote and hybrid work indicated.

What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational objectives and create customized hiring plans.
- Develop strategies using employer branding, events, sourcing, and referrals to attract talent.
- Source active and passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage candidates throughout the process and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Improve recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience sourcing and successfully closing candidates from junior to senior levels.
- Experience recruiting for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Service Delivery.
- Experience working across multiple Latam markets.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and understand business needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with a strong focus on candidate experience.
