Focus on designing multi-chain architecture, implementing secure key management and transaction monitoring, and maintaining reliable high-volume payment operations.

What you will do
- Build scalable stablecoin infrastructure supporting Ethereum, Polygon, Stellar, Solana, TRON, and other Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks.
- Develop stablecoin protocol, wallet, smart contract, DeFi, price feed, reserves verification, and blockchain infrastructure integrations.
- Design cross-chain bridges, settlement mechanisms, transaction routing, fee optimization, treasury management, and liquidity rebalancing systems.
- Connect blockchain and banking rails through payment, card, reconciliation, and settlement integrations.
- Implement compliance controls, transaction monitoring, audit trails, risk management, observability, and incident response processes.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, hiring participation, and collaboration with Product, Operations, and Compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years working directly with blockchain technology, infrastructure, exchanges, or wallets.
- Deep knowledge of stablecoin mechanisms, blockchain transactions, wallets, addresses, smart contracts, and yield mechanics.
- Production experience with stablecoin APIs, EVM-compatible blockchains, TRON, Solana, smart contract deployment, testing, and security auditing.
- Senior-level backend development with Nest.js/Node.js required; knowledge of Go or Rust is beneficial.
- Understanding of cryptographic primitives, HSM/MPC key management, wallet infrastructure, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Go or Rust.
- Experience with infrastructure providers such as Infura, Alchemy, or QuickNode.
