iOS Engineer (Mid-Senior)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: €4,500–€6,900 gross per month

What you will do

• Create and maintain native and hybrid mobile applications with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, QA specialists, and Product Owners.
• Contribute to multiple application codebases and participate in technical, architectural, and process decisions.
• Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Review and improve workflows across Windows, Android, macOS, iOS, and Linux application teams.
• Maintain application security and contribute to research, development, and key product decisions.
• Propose initiatives to improve applications and user experience.

Requirements

• Strong experience building user interfaces with SwiftUI and a deep understanding of Swift concurrency with async/await.
• Ability to independently own features and end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code, unit tests, and integration tests.
• Practical problem-solving skills, proactive ownership, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• macOS application development experience.
• Experience with local databases and SQL.
• Experience building or maintaining modular or multi-module application architectures.
• Familiarity with low-level performance optimization or cross-platform library integration.
• Interest in growing into a team lead role.
