Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: €4,500–€6,900 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and experience.

What you will do
- Create and maintain native and hybrid Android applications for a large-scale product.
- Contribute to one or more application codebases across Android and other platforms.
- Participate in technical decisions covering architecture, development processes, and application workflows.
- Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QAs, and Product Owners across Windows, Android, macOS, iOS, and Linux applications.
- Improve application security, participate in research and development, and propose initiatives to improve apps and user experience.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Kotlin and the Java Android SDK.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of features and projects.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Creative, goal-oriented mindset with an interest in data-informed growth.
Nice to have
- Experience with Swift for iOS or macOS, .NET, or C++.
- Knowledge of MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
- Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and dependency injection frameworks such as Koin.
- Experience with OS-level optimizations, custom protocol implementations, or cross-platform libraries.
- Understanding of application security and willingness to lead the applications development team in the future.
