Location: Torrance, California, United States; onsite
Salary: $225,000–$275,000 USD per year, plus equity

is developing scalable, factory-made clean high-temperature nuclear power systems and fuel fabrication for industry, hydrogen, and next-generation manufacturing.
What you will do
- Build and lead a lean strategic sourcing team and set supplier strategy across the supply chain.
- Lead supplier selection and negotiations for critical components and services.
- Develop sourcing policies, procedures, and supplier agreements that improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Implement should-cost and total-cost-of-ownership modeling to prioritize sourcing opportunities.
- Present sourcing strategies and results to executive leadership.
- Monitor market trends and supply-base risks while building strong supplier partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
- At least 5 years of experience managing sourcing or procurement teams.
- Experience negotiating large, complex, high-value contracts in safety-critical industries.
- Experience across raw materials, direct materials, indirect procurement, and services.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Nice to have
- MBA or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Nuclear industry experience.
- Experience with contract structures, pricing, total cost of ownership, and should-cost modeling.
- Strategic sourcing team build-out experience, startup or fast-growth experience, and CPIM or CPSM certification.
