Engineer, Software Development Engineering (Apps) (C++)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for testing and apply engineering approaches to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Develop and improve test code development tools, including validation processes that ensure test code quality.
• Prepare performance reports and document issues related to test code, products, processes, tooling, and quality systems.
• Implement and verify solutions and initiate preventive actions for product, process, equipment, and quality non-conformities.
• Supervise assigned technicians and engineers, supporting effective problem-solving and task completion.
• Coordinate technical issues with other sections and overseas engineering organizations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or an equivalent field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of related experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of C++, C, and Python.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, independence, and motivation for professional development.
• Good written and verbal English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and Python.
