What you will do
- Generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for business and credit growth.
- Build accurate dashboards and data visualizations for decision-making.
- Partner with data engineering on data enrichment requirements for product teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact projects and drive delivery.
- Develop processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets.
- Support governance and maintain strong analytical practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or another analytical field, or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience.
- Hands-on experience using Python or R to manipulate large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of a relevant domain such as Finance, Risk, or Product.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Nice to have
- Experience with machine learning tools and techniques in R or Python.
- Experience creating dashboards with Apache Superset.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn.
