What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the hirify.global platform.
• Turn complex technical workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Design product flows, interactions, and interfaces with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ship high-quality features quickly.
• Contribute to product thinking and evolve design patterns and systems as the platform grows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals.
• Experience or comfort working on technical or complex products.
• Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
• Clear communication, strong product intuition, and a high-ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with code or a genuine interest in experimenting with it.
• Experience designing AI-powered products or systems.
• Familiarity with design systems and scaling patterns.
